I wonder if this new unlabeling of meat also applies to fish… Time to really start eating local and straight from trusted sources.
From my limited research, fish is one of the few meats that have TONS of resources that help you pick the best and safest fish to buy. But, if you look at all the info graphs I made, there is one on fish fraud. So really, it’s hard to be 100% sure of anything.
